French Ration

Post by madcapmagician » Sun Jun 04, 2006 5:22 pm

Do you guys think $40 plus shipping is too much for a french ration. I got a second chance offer at this price. It's shipping from a US location.

$40 plus shipping from the US for a French ration? Oh yeah...way too much. But that's just cheap ol' me. I might pay $20 +$5 shipping for one just to have a second one. But $40? That's a whole case of MREs!

Hi there,
the opposite is also true: here in France you must pay as much as $15 for a US MRE + $10/15 for S&H charges, lucky enough if you don't finally receive an "antique" dark brown pack

The best thing for us is that we have the Germans as neighbors: they have tons of fresh MRE's and the shipping costs within Europe are still correct 8)
