Query about RCIRs.

Hi folks,

I was thinking about trying a couple of RCIRs from surplusandoutdoors - when it came to heating the mains - I can either boil int he can (cos I don't have a porch I can safely use the hexy cooker on) or microwave the mains.

How long shoudl I microwave them for? i have a 700W cooker (Obviously i'd decant the contents first)

I do mine for 2min at 850W
