Hanging well chap had four nights in mainland Spain last week, great break and off to Gran Canaria end of the month for a couple of weeks...retirement is a real bitch lol

Bumping this with something from the UKR Ministry of Defence site dated 20 Dec 2014 (in Ukrainian).

The article focuses on protective equipment, with only a few words about rations (Google English):

(Defence Minister) Colonel General Stephen Poltorak tested and tasted even represented domestic manufacturer of dry rations in different variations. It should be noted that all of them increased shelf life and calorie content.

Still, some of the photos show the Defence Minister checking out what appears to be ration pack contents:





The bags holding what appear to be three meals worth of rations seems to be a brighter green than the original poster's dark green bag photo here (although there appears to be a similar table of information on the light green bag as on the darker green). Also, while the second photo from the top shows some bread-shaped starch in the picture, I can't tell how it would end up in the smaller or larger pouch.
