Anybody knows what this is ??
Anybody knows what this is ??
Hi !
In Sweden, shitty wheater and snowstorm but hey, its winter...
On Swedish Ebay (tradera) following 3 different batches was for sale ending this evening.
I sent the seller a question if this was from some kind of military ration but got no response, if it was I would have been there and raised the prise a little bit more.
But still my question remain, is this some kind of military ration ?
Anybody out there with some information ?

Orifo also supplies the UK Multi Climate rations, that Bridgford sandwiches are in use with the US First Strike Rations but they are also available via e.g. Amazon.
Re: Anybody knows what this is ??
these rations are identical to the danish ration i got a few weeks ago, especially the new orifo light green (fawn ) packets, every thing you have is in my packs,so i would say danish

Re: Anybody knows what this is ??
You are right, I check my Danish also:
Excapt my one has the freezedried entrees.

Re: Anybody knows what this is ??
Yep Danish it is! There are two versions, one with a "wet" pack entree and one with freeze dried entree's. Apparently the freeze dried is for cold weather and the "wet" pack is for temperate use.
However there are a few items I am unfamiliar with there such as the energy bar, whatever is in the yellow package and the Bridgeford bread. Usually the bread in the Danish rations is Rye bread and comes just as shown in Housil's pics. Maybe your ration is of newer manufacture (late 2011 or 2012).

Thanks! I had a little thought that it was Danish but it is mixed with some Swedish items in it (24hr power-bar/Loadex (yellow bag=rehydration mix)).
Next time it shows up I bid and see what it taste.

Hi
These are the contents of standard Swedish fieldrations.
The company that supplies the armed forces with rations, buys some of the content from the same company as the Danish.
So I guess these are stripped Swedish rations.
