Ration sources in Amsterdam?

I'm going to be visiting Amsterdam early in April and thought this would be a great chance to put my "fill up a suitcase with rations and bring them home" theory to the test. Does anyone here know where I might go about finding some French/German/Dutch rations in the Netherlands?
