What is your favorite IMP?

Post by Amak » Sun Feb 28, 2010 8:20 pm

Hello i am a brand new member. I just joined today. I wanted to start off my MREInfo experience by asking what is your favorite canadian IMP.
When i was in cadets my favorite imp was ham steak in mustard sauce. My favorite desert was blueberries in heavy syrup, i ate 15 packs in one day that's how much i liked those blueberries. I havn't been able to try all the IMPs so maybe there are better ones out there. I am in the reserves now so my goal is to try all canadian rations when i am on excersise. I might update this when i reach my goal
Thanks to you all
Amak

Housil
sounds like you had a great trip. I went camping a few times when i lived in germany and i agree getting IMPs can be difficult over there. I really like that USMC tent. Bavaria is a really nice place especially during the winter time.
Thanks for the pics

It would be easier to say which ones (one) I never liked.

Ham Omlette (Aka Lung in a bag)

I just picked up 2 cases of Breakfast IMP's (2008 menu) and Im looking forward to trying them.
I also got about a dozen LMC (Light Meal combat) 2008 menu No 4 Beef Jerky Teriyaki flavor.

I saw one opened and I was impressd with what all you get in this pack.

Maybe i'll crack one open and post some pics soon.

Hi. My favourite was "Navarin" - well executed comfort food. Yum.
