Each ration comes with big Ukranian who sells you ration sickness insurance - whether you need it or not.

If that site sells to civvies, I wonder if my local Ukrainian market can do an order from there, or perhaps I should leave an advert beggin anyone visiting the Ukraine to pick some up and bring back in their carryon? :lol:
