Canadian Darcy Knoll ate nothing but IMPs for 30 days and wrote about it for 'Esprit de Corps' magazine. A bit old (July 2005) but still interesting. Link: 'Operation Ration Man'

I knew about Darcy and even emailed him asking about his exploits. But I'm not sure if it ever got posted on the forums. I'll have to dig up what I can find later tonight and make sure it all gets posted.
