For anyone who was unsure of how to calculate their estimated shipping price, for the 2 pack special he's offering, costs around $22.00 to ship it from Montreal, Canada to Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Super easy to calculate it! And I'm hoping to buy some. Canada ones are the best I hear!

Also, what exactly is the random overstock special? How many come with that?

And with the case? How many come in the $160 case! Thank you.

The overstock case is not random, it's 5x Menu #8 (Beef Mac), 5x Menu #9 (Chicken Stew).
There are 10 IMPs in a case.
Please use the instructions in the original post to calculate shipping costs.
