WW2 B2 Unit price?

I found this on Ebay. Is this a fair price? I feel like it's a bit expensive.

Just to update. It looks like a post ww2. The seller gave me the date code and its 10 49.
Still seems like it would be even rarer being a peace-time ration

insane people make insane prices and insane people pay the insane prices
a few months ago got some 1950 - 52 b units for $25 bucks
