Looking for Elbow Macaroni MRE and Case of LRPs/MCWs

Hi all,
I'm interesting in purchasing the following:
- Elbow Macaroni with Tomato Sauce MRE (or any of the 2016/2017 newly added MRE menus if anyone has them)
- One case of LRPs/MCWs (preferably produced within the last three years, but I'm open to all offers especially if they're circa pre-2000)
- MRE Dairyshakes (old or new, don't really care)
