I've got a surplus of IRPs, and am risking not eating them all before they expire, so I'm going to offer a few up on here. This is the EMERCOM-issue IRP (like Russia's FEMA). The best by date is 1/17, so if you're going to eat it, do so in the next 6-8 months. I'm still eating IRPs with a best by date in 12/16 amd everything has been perfectly fine and fresh still.
