Question: Shipping MRE Cases

Hi all,
Is it a good idea to ship MRE cases as they are? I'm a bit afraid of doing this, especially through USPS because of the "Government Property, resale is unlawful" notice. This may lead them to confiscate the case. How do you all usually go about doing this?
I suppose I could ship the case in another box. If this is a good plan of action, what should the dimensions be?
Thanks for your input!

I've bought 3 or 4 cases, and they ended up being shipped in their regular cases, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I've done it a number of times and have not had any issues. Besides, the warning says "resale is unlawful". Doesn't say anything about trading or giving as gifts or shipping.

I have received cases as is, as long as they are sealed and the boxes are in good condition you should be fine.

If you are concerned with it, just put the whole box into another box.

Thanks for the input all. If I ever do find myself in hot water over this, I can always play a semantics game and remind the sue happy jerks at large that it does say "
Commercial Resale Is Unlawful".

I've never had any problems with it, but you can always just tape over the text.

You can put them in another box like BlackdogBob suggested.
I just received a case of FSR and a case of LRRP. Both were over wrapped neatly in cardboard paper. You can use this method.
As an additional measure, you can ship via ground only. Might take longer and be a bit more expensive.

Just had another thought. Remove the white sticker with bar code. Sometimes there is also an A or B on it as well.
There is a circuit embedded in it. I've never had a problem, but I also remove it. Learned about that from a wise old wizard.
