Is it that way buying rations for all foreign countries? I haven't had a problem buying Russian or Chinese rations on eBay; some countries more strict about it than others?

It depends. There is always a limit and if you go higher than that, you must pay the customs. The sender could write a price below the margin defined by law, but with a random check by the toll-keeper could show that a 4 pound package is worth more than a dollar. :)
And then both of you get in trouble.

For decades, US customs was the most strict/feared once ever to send food in. Usually it´s prohibited to bring any food in. Remember that:viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5944&

Paying fee to customs, is that for US customs or other countries? Because I never heard of that in the US, and sure hope I don't get into trouble.

US: http://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-e ... -purchases

Europa: Presents less than €45 are free. For any more expansive, add 19% tax, if it´s over €150 (if I remember right), add customs fees

Okay thanks, I guess the trick is to buy them in small packages.

It's always a crap-shoot - sometime you get lucky and your packages come through un-molested, sometimes they get inspected and passed-through, or sometimes they just get rejected altogether! Bigger packages might get more scrutiny but that's no guarantee.

Guys, i would advise not to buy from this seller... I've been keeping an eye on his products and there is a lot of fake things, really low quality stuff and fake mre, the worse part is that they era mixed with good mres from spain and it makes it dificult sometimes to spot the fake things... I would avise not tu buy ever again from this seller, as the products he offers are highly expensive and low quality or fake in most of the time and it would encourage his behaviour
