Looking for Components

I make my own "pirate" MREs out of whatever bits and pieces I can find around. Some of the stuff I've managed with products from store shelves has turned out pretty cool, if I do say so myself. However, there are some things that I just can't find a good replacement for and I would love if anyone had any extra of these components lying around, could you drop me a line and see if we can cut a deal? Some of these things are sold at The Epicenter, but only in bulk. As someone in between jobs and living with my parents, I just can't quite justify buying a dozen wheat snack breads or pound cakes or what-have-you.

• Any entree or side (doubt many people would consider these to be "just lying around," but it would be foolish not to at least ask)
  Breads (crackers, snack bread, tortillas, etc.)
  Spreads
  Sweets (cakes, cookies, muffin tops, etc. Not candy or dried fruit since those are things that I can get my hands on pretty easily)
  Drinks (lower priority since alternatives to these aren't too difficult to locate)

Also, a biiiiig thing that I'm looking for is FRHs. I considered buying a package of them at my local surplus store, but every. single. one. had all the iron filings falling loose all over the bag. Having seen that possibility, I've been a little wary of buying them without at least getting some pictures. If anyone has had positive experiences buying FRHs from The Epicenter or places like that, let me know. That would solve a lot of problems.

Do you have ration related or other items to trade? I'm sure I could scrounge up some snack breads, chili etc from commercial MREs. I've got brand new in packages of 10 FRH, not sure of manufacture date (I'm at work) though. Never an issue with 'em so far. Catch is I am in Canada and postal won't carry them so the shipping would be pretty steep.
