Do they have heaters or are they issued without them? $40 plus shipping seems steep considering that they're already 3 years old and could be expired at this point. APack meals are civilian production and generally aren't expected to last as long as MREs. Their
shelf life chart says these would only have a year or so left in optimal storage conditions, but we have no way of verifying how you've chosen to store them for the past three years. If they were room temperature then they're expiring right now pretty much. Are you just trying to cycle out your older stock so you can buy new storage food? If that's the case you should really offer a better deal. A brand new case from eBay with shipping is going for about $60 right now so including shipping you should be trying to shoot for under half that in my opinion.

Hello Ruleryak. These cases are factory sealed and include heaters within them. They have been stored in my extra basement bedroom which never gets above 60*. Honestly, I was hoping that someone would live local enough where they could pick them up without even paying shipping at all. Actually, these cases new from Ameriqual cost $69.99 (not including shipping). Also, please look closer to those selling right now on ebay..none of the auctions even mention their production date. They are not new production either and are still selling between $55 & $60 total with shipping. With that said..I would be willing to drop the price individually to $35 and i will make it 5 or more for $30 each. Once again..If someone is close enough to pick these up. I feel this is an unbelievable deal. Thank you very much for inquiring sir. If anyone needs pictures of the condition of the cases, (which is mint) please let me know

Do they have a TTI sticker?
This is the best/most important indicator.

Hello Housil.. These civillian Ameriqual cases do not come with the TTI stickers that the military versions do. I have alot of these and eat them on details when I am at work. I realize that I am new and my word means nothing yet..However I absolutely guarantee that these have been stored properly and are in great eating condition. Thank you
