Any suggestions on how to get rations from Lithuania to USA

I am thinking of picking up some Lithuanian rations from a board member over in Vilnius. I am just curious on how to get them successfully thru US customs, list contents as camping supplies and not food? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Well that's one way to get them through but not 100% fool proof. You might try having the seller list them as machine parts or something more technical. I'm not sure if there still is a ban on meat and dairy products from the EU. If there is then count on US customs delaying the parcel and taking out some items. Last parcel I received from MREHeater72 got through just fine but it looked like somebody used it for a football along the way.
