I have two Russian ration -IRP. The menu No. 1 porridge with beef. I will consider options of an exchange for other rations.
The mass of IRP of 1 - 1,75 kg, power value - 3109 kcal. Whites - 95 g, fats - 183 g, carbohydrates - 362 g
It is calculated on a 3-times food of one person within one day

Structure IRP-1:

1 . Ship's biscuits army from a flour of a wheaten 1 grade - 4 pieces / 50 g

9 . Jam fruit - 1 piece / 45 g

10 . Paste chocolate and nut - 1 piece / 50 g

11 . Coffee natural soluble - 1 piece / 2 g

Unfortunately it seems to be a language barrier issue prado67. I assume you're saying that you were looking forward to doing an exchange with an international member, but that no one seems interested. I'm going to PM you to give it a shot though so I guess we'll see how it goes
