Hey everyone,

What I have for sale if anybody wants it, is a box of Trioxane fuel tablets for the C-ration cooker, field stove, or other type of stove. Three tablets are in the box and I'm not sure what the date is on the box or foil wrappers. They don't show any damage but whomever would like them for their collection or camping adventure just PM me and we can discuss the details. Thanks

Hmm, never had those. Are they similar to "esbit" hexamine tablets? Or a completely different size?

Triox tabs are oblong, purplish tabs.

If there is a pinhole in the foil wrapper, the tab evaporates!
As a plus, they don't stink like old fish, like esbit does...

Yes, Dirtbag is quite right. They are purple in color and oblong. They can be put on the ground or on a tommy cooker and used for cooking, though I used a few in my time and they usually took longer than 2 minutes to even get a small cup of water to boil. Thought it's true they don't smell funky like esbit does.

I'd really like to try it. Would it fit in the other parcel?
And if yes, what are you asking for it?

(If it doesn't fit it hasn't got any use.. because the shipping would costs to much for a single box)
