New source of rare rations?

Looking on the ebay Germany site, I found this seller:

Has a good range of rations including Russian, Chinese, Canadian, Japanese. I just wondered if this might be anyone here?
I would be tempted, but prices are very high, €44.99 in some cases, for a single meal!
