Question:
Any problems with USA customs when receiving stuff internationally?
I ask cos I have paid extra fees for items I received from the USA sent via UPS

Never hurts to e-mail the guy and see what he says. Or just keep checking in ebay.uk that's where I found them.

The same seller has relisted the items individually and is also selling a ton of other rations:
13 French RCIR
11 Spain
10 British 24HR
1 German EPA
Seller is in Germany
I'm tempted to jump on some of this myself if I can convince myself to pay the shipping at more than twice the cost of rations (at pretty high prices to start with it seems). If anyone has any of these (or any other non-USA ration) in the states or CA and wants to do a trade for 1 or 2 MCWs or IMPs feel free to PM me! Always up for a trade
