Does anyone know the factory that packages the French RCIR's?
Also,if they sale cases to the private sector.Its hard to find fresh RCIR's in the US.

Hi, the components are made by private companies but the ration is assembled by an Army facility called ESCAT.

They aren't available to the public. I've asked a friend who works on a military base: it seems they aren't sold anymore in the "economats" (kind of PX).
