The meals also come with plastic silverware, a juice can, cookies, crackers, juice cup and hot sauce. Again I'm not sure what type of products they put in there but judging from the looks I'd say off the shelf items you'd find in a grocery store. Also these are of a recent 2009 manufacture. All the meal kits I have are the Beans and Weiners version.
These are little heavy due to the cans but I can fit 2 into a USPS flat rate box neatly. So for shipping it will be just $10.70 and for two meals just $5.00. So a total of $15.70. And you can even put the results of your taste test here.
