Looking for pliable esbit stoves (discardable) from the french RCIR rations.
I only need the burners (little foldable plates) for AK70,

Maybe someone has some of those left?
Eh, Stef.. do you have any over there in Bretagne?

Yep, but the esbit ones are expensive, and those thing are simply not durable due to metal fatique..
They are ment for single use only.. and I'm not willing to spend €5 on a heater that leaves a lot of tar like smut, and requires hard to light fuel ;)
AK70 needed them for his lightweight home made rations. So it's cheaper to send them to me then to romania.. (Euro zone II..)
And I need to send stuff anyways.. ;)

single use stove?!
yes its official a "single use" but i am actuall using one for a week now. folded many many times and its still good.

i have no detailed facts on price and the rest but i dont think it will be 5 euro... for that price you nearly get a normal esbit stove with 6x14 g esbit

used normal stoves cost €2,50 (used) and €7,50 (new) with a pack of hexamine in it at the dump here..

But my esbit "single use" died when using it for the second time (bend it back)
The rcir ones are probably of even worser quality, but good enough for singe use.. ;)

I prefer FRHs or swiss "Notkocher 71"

I like trioxane or hexy tablets but I also use the new glycol gel packs that are issued to the US military. Is similar to the green fuel used in the crusader cooker....
