I've been looking for one for a while now and haven't been able to find any. Anyone know where to buy one?

Ah, you mean a Minsk motorcycle..
If your willing to import it from europe, try Germany or France.. they imported quite a lot of those.

But why would you buy a Minsk?
It's a rather old looking, but not classic motorcycle.. with spare parts that you have to import from 15000miles away..
If you'd like a soviet classic motorcycle, google a URAL and DNEPR..
