Like to Know Worth of Vietnam? C-Rats

I have 2 garbage cans of, what I think are, Vietnam C-Rats. The one read "Food Packet, Long Range Patrol Beef Stew Menu No. 7" It is packed in a papery feeling dark olive bag, but some are heavy plastic dark olive bags. No date, but look like the pictures online of that era food packs. I would like to now about how much they would be worth.

Welcome to the forums, lydias!

Without a picture it is hard to estimate the worth of your rations :!: . It depends on the condition and the age! For the papery Long Range Patrol ration ( it might be an early one), if it is in good condition at ebay you will perhaps get about 50 USD, for the heavy plastic bags perhaps about 20 USD. As I said, the condition is very important!

I guess my estimate for ebay could be wright: The condition looks fine, so the worth could be about 50 USD for the BEEF STEW LRP ration, and about 20 USD for the BEEF HASH LRP ration.

I'm pretty sure the beef hash one was the first to be introduced (early 60's) then the Beef Stew one (early 70's), judging from the outer bags. Very rare items.
