I just got caught in a bidding war for this rare Chinese PLA MRE:

It's on German ebay, I find there is a better choice and prices for MREs there then UK ebay (tip for us brits). I just wondered if I was bidding against anyone here? I really wanted it, but €25 plus another 12 for shipping was my limit today!

Anyone know where there is a reliable source of Chinese/Japanese/ other unusual MREs?

One of our forum members, Oletroop, has been selling some of those on eBay. I couldn't find any current auctions but if you look at completed auctions, you can see he just sold a few for $20 each. He's based in the US but if you contact him, maybe you guys can arrange a private trade/sell.

I also bid on it, but I don´t pay any price for a ration



It´s pretty difficult to get rations with meet, milk, etc. into EU

True, but this being from ebay germany, I presume it's already within the EU?

They are, but if you fill out the right forms and PAY custom fees and taxes you can import *everything*
