You need to report him to eBay for fraudulent auctions.

the despriction "new" is relativ. its not used/open - so its "new" he surely means...
you mean he sells it like "newer ones"
i guess its just someone who found it in the cellar as he moeved into the new house...

thats the way i got my darkbrown "pre flight" rations

I guess he means "unused", same as "new" over here.

come on you guys dont be so naive.
He wrote the "newest MRE of the US Navy".
Sure , it can be a good deal for assembler of old MREs but he cant offer it as the "newest" nor "of the "US Navy".

Sry mate - I doesn´t want to "split hair" or "count peas" (German idioms) but he wrote "neue" (new) and
not "neuste" (newest).
We all know that brown MRE´s from 1996 or older - but they are still
unused = new.
If he would write "neuwertig" =
in mint condition that would be perfect. But "neuwertig" is abused by most peoples as fairly new and fairly unused - just a couple of times...
Thats the fraud!
NOS (new old stock) would be perfect - but there is no German word for it.
OK,
...of US-Navy... is pretty wrong. But he also wrote in his headline
Army MRE EPA Notration Bundeswehr Outdoor
He just want to sale some "rations" and get the most profit out of it

Maybe he didn´t knew it better - like you or what do you mean with "assembler"? (=Zusammenbauer

) I´m pretty sure you meant "collector" (=Sammler).

we both know that this guy want to make some fast and good money and so he used the "wrong" words "neue/new" and "US Navy" which is definitely wrong or consciously used of the guy.
sry for teaching u but "assembler" is also used for "Sammler"
