Are those Pop Tarts all packaged one to a package?
The consumer ones use the same wrapper but are packaged two to a package. And the ones for single unit resale have a fancier wrapper but are also packaged two to a package.

Now wait just a minute! Those are the first *frosted* military Pop Tarts I've ever seen. All the ones I get in the MREs are non-frosted. Bring back the frosted Pop Tarts!! What are they doing? Shipping them all over to Germany? :-)

It´s a red filling - so I guess it´s strawberry. I would prefer cinnamon, but it´s OK

They use that frosting on both cherry and strawberry. Oh sorry, guess that won't be much help either, both of those fillings are red. :o But you'll be able tell by the taste.

It doesn´t taste really for strawberry nor cherry. It also was my first poptart I had.
That´s why I "said" the "...filling is red..."

Then I'd take a SWAG and say that it is probably strawberry, the flavor of those aren't very distinctive. The cherry ones have a little noticable flavor of preserved cherry.
