Thanks for that
Richard ---- I think I can live with those dents so I'll keep an eye on the can and bid on it.
But if anyone knows of anything
nicer out there, please let me know!
Thanks,
C-rats

No, I actually bid on a nice one, on Ebay, about 6 years ago. Did'nt get it. Must have been the curse, oF First Sergeant Davis. You do have a refrigerator, and Coleman cooler. Don't you? Eggs(green), bacon, and taters.

Check on all that, Dave. I just want the mermite can for my "collection".
Besides, they do make a farliy indestructable ice chest/cooler for off-road use.

(and it will look good sitting next to my new AR-50)

I know what you mean. Thats why I bid on one, from guy from Colorado, a long time ago. I bet theres a lot of them out there. They can only melt down so many. I ate my share of eggs(green) and bacon, veal patties, green beans, salad, you name it, out of those mermites. I even saw coffee in a inner container. Top, all the Plt. Sgt's and the Captain, and his LT's had to wait for all us grunts to eat, before they got anything.

Everything tastes good coming out of a mermite.
Eggs, hash browns, grits, and a quick cig to top it off.
Good times!
