German EPA's

I would love to try some of these. If any of you have any that you don't want (and are still within shelf-life) I'll buy/trade for em!

-Thanks!

well, the last time i had one of our german EPA is a really long time ago, it was when i was a kid age of 12-13 beeing outside with friends in the woods, this was in the late 80´s before the wall breakdown.....
as a get my internet account a year ago and also access to ebay, i started again eating millitary rations, i didn´t any since the time when i was a kid.... and in this whole last year, i only had american MRE, i found them more interesting then the "boring" german ones....
This is the first time now i have german rations again, and i can say they are really good..... they are not self heating like the americans, but the contens much more as in a MRE... they got two 300 gramms meals, it also contains now a really good tined black-bread wich is exellent, you should try this and you will start wondering about what the hell -white bread shelf- from Mre is.... it also contains double of everything what is in mre, double jelly, double coffee tea ect.., 4 times beverage drink in different kinds........
it is more basic food... Mre contains much more sweets and choclate stuff, that is even why i like them too, but german epa is really desinged too fead a man 24 hours, it is really no problem to kill 3 mre in a day, but for sure not to do with german epa..... a box of 12 Mre is less in weight than a german box of 6 Epa...

if anybody is interested, i got one for sale or to trade for 2 cold weather MRE, i haven´t try this yet and it is not that easy to get them here in germany.....

I just won auctions for 2 EPAs on ebay.. to find them you have to go to ebay.de and find someone willing to ship them worldwide.. I'm also fixing to win a rcir.. I should have won it before, but this guys friend was trying to bid it up.. i'm not willing to pay 15 euros, or about 21 bucks for 1 freaking ration.. so I imagine i'll get it cheaper this time around.. what a lame ass, the guy totally reposted it right after his friend won it.. I hate the french, but man I wanna try an rcir. I'll post pix/reviews once I get my EPAs.. I got EPA I and III.

Bidding on items on ebay can be very frustrating. kman gave me a suggestion that is a good one. Try emailing the person you are trying to win an item from and ask them if they will offer you a BUY IT NOW option. I have done this many times and it works great!

Good luck!
