1964 c rat accessory packets

I’ve got a handful of these, most have 5 packs of cigs, a few have 4s. Never opened any so I can’t speculate on what brands they might be
Looking for $60ea on the 4 packs, $70ea on the 5 packs and $65 on the ones I can’t tell
