Good CS experience with MRE Mountain

I just wanted to share my recent good experience with MRE Mountain. I've ordered from them probably 5 or 6 times so far, and I've always had 100% intact packages from them. One was opened by customs, but nothing seized. This last time though was different. My package stayed in customs for an unusually long time and I started getting worried. Finally got my hands on it yesterday and both my Lithuanian MRE and German EPA were raided and all meat products seized. I emailed MRE Mountain even knowing that not much could be done, but I did want to let them know because they take the time to leave a note in every package to Customs showing the statutes and what-not.
Miranda replied almost instantly and I provided a list of everything missing. Without even asking for proof, she issued a store credit that I think was very fair. Can't say enough good about them. If Miranda or anyone from MRE Mountain is here reading, thanks again.
