Hi Everyone,

Thought I'd share a scammer alert on here to warn others...

I bought a decent amount of MRE cases from this guy in Poland called Jozef Kukula (i'm posting personal information as its available on 'Allegro' the Polish eBay equivalent)

The guy agreed to sell me 2023 inspection MRE cases - 'factory sealed' as he said

What I received is MRE boxes with various pack date codes plastered over with stickers - imitating official stickers & bar codes

Inside were MREs from various years ranging from 2017 to 2020. Some cases had menus missing (surprise surprise, menu 23 was nearly all gone)


When I contacted him about this he blamed this on 'factory error in Berlin, where they are packed & inspected )

My fault trusting him but he seemed like an ok seller with good rep.

There is no MRE (re-)packing facility in Berlin.

I can get 2020 packed MRE's at U.S. Commissary, but have to pay U.S. Gov't cost + 5% surcharge. That means about $125/case. Only James Bond can afford that, so.

Here's a SCAM alert. Some Ebayer in Poland calls himself Pablo's Cave Shop. I got suckered in and purchased a French #4 from this piece of sheizze March 12th. After complaining for a couple weeks, gave me a fake shipping #. Nothing 2 months later. Attempts to get me to order more stuff from him. Total scam bull-shitter fake Poland. Like jesus said to Lebowski, You said it, Man. I'm gonna F**k You up.

Dang! Yeah he was on here for a bit. Guy was crazy! Sorry to hear you got scammed by him

"Pablo" is known for this. This forum called him out long ago. I hope ebay buyer protection resolves this for you.

The one time that I called ebay, it was resolved much easier than expected
