Ration small detachment 5 person 1957

This is an EOI at this stage

I've been offered by one of my friends in the US an unopened 5 person small detachment ration Menu 4. Its been in a private collection for over 35 years but as you can see the outer sleeve has staining and staining in the corners is present.
I'd be conservative and say it would be in the same condition as the 5 in 1 review Steve1989 has done but obviously cannot verify the condition of the contents but the rarity of this case, as stated by Steve1989 that he's never seen one still banded, makes this a unique opportunity for a serious collector.
Just so everyone knows, I am in Melbourne Australia and have done other trades and have also pm'd Steve1989 but as he's offline now for some time I thought id get expressions of interest here.
I not after a bidding war, I have a figure in mind, if no one offers that, ill wait till the Covid crisis is over and will have it sent to Australia. I do feel that it belongs in the US though!
If it does sell, it will be sent from my friend directly to the purchaser with tracking and signature on delivery.
