Hey,
a rare occasion - the Indonesian army 24h ration - freezedried edition, menu 3. Actually it is a mixed set- part of the dishes are FD, part are ready to eat.

The price is 75 USD plus shipment (should not exceed 20 USD worldwide, depending on where you are it can be either economy or priority)
