2006 cases.

Good fortune has smiled on mre... er I mean me. I just picked up 3, 2006 production dated cases. 2 case A, 1 case B. Open to sell or trade if anybody is interested.

EDIT!
Low and behold. I was promised 3 cases of 2009, the picture showed 1 2006 case A, so I assumed the lady I was buying from made the common mistake of misinterpreting the inspection date for the production date. Wrong again, haha. I was so eager to load the cases into my car and get my kids to the movies I did not even double check the dates.

Turns out I received 1 2006 case A, 1 2009 case B, and 1 2010 case A. After getting them home and doing some quality testing, I was pleasantly surprised to find them all in great shape. Still open to trade and sale offers. I am located in Virginia.

Thanks,
Jason

What’s your price on the case of 2006s? I’m in TN so it would have to be shipped as well.

Just had another MRE from the 2006 box. Beef Stew. Wow. I am surprised how well these have held up. The crackers tasted brand new. The main was perfect, of course. Heck the cinnamon gum was still soft, haha. Was slightly skeptical buying from a woman who didn't really know what she had, but I am glad I took a chance. The only problem I have came across so far was a bag of raisins that the packaging failed, in the 2009 case, and they made quite a mess. Everything else in the ration was great though.

Just had to "verify" a menu from the 2010 case. Beef brisket. It was amazing. Good all the way down to the cheese spread, which I almost didn't even open. I didn't think 9 year old cheese spread had a chance. However I was peasantly surprised, it was barely discolored. I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the biscuit, it soaked up all those brisket juices perfectly. The choclettos were soft and delicious, the toffee cookies and crackers were crisp and didn't taste old at all.
