I'm looking to maybe join the freeze drying game with a unit for my house. One of the things I reeeaally wanna do is recreate the fruit blocks from 80s mres.
If I were successful, how many of you would be interested in buying a bunch? I definitely need a reason to buy, along with a way to pay it back off!
Any other FD suggestions would be welcome!
