Forty-one dollars? (plus shipping) For fifteen-year-old MREs?

(sigh)
I bought one case like this few weeks ago for 30Dollar all inclusive.

But not for eating, only for collecting.

I think i made the better deal 8)

It helps to do an eBay search regularly...

I just scored a lot of one full case plus thirteen separate MREs (so, 25 MREs in total) with a Buy It Now price of -- are you ready? -- $35

The seller just wanted to get rid of the stuff which was taking up space in her small apartment.

Neat!

Those are the kinds of deals I like!

Has anyone else seen this auction for British patrol rations?? http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-BRITISH-PATROL- ... dZViewItem

This looks like a much bigger ration than the 24 hour rations we recently got. Has anyone had any experience with the patrol rations?

I can guess where "oletroop" got these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 6548597116

It's got a Buy It Now price of GBP 14.95 (approx USD $26).

Oh, and no; I don't know much about the ration itself.

Gee....he wants $25 for it and there are no bids. Guess I'm not really surprised.

Slovenian ration

Post by Lifesaver » Tue Mar 28, 2006 8:53 pm

Here's one I haven't seen before, a Slovenian ration. It's already been bid up over $62.

They must be popular because the same seller is offering another one. That one is over $70.
