NNF,
Your two cases went out today so you should have them soon.
There have been two folks here from overseas and one guy on eBay who went ahead and purchased a case each, and the shipping price didn't seem to bother them at all. So, I guess if you really want a case or just a few it does not mater what the shipping price is.

That might also have something to do with the average IMP price here.
The last one (a single meal) went for $50 + $20 s/h.

Im sure it did bother, it bothered me a bit, but i got it anyway

When the estimate is 16 and it ends up 40 its a shock to the system.
I gotta ask what was the cost of shipping on a case out of the country? (dont need where just curious on how much international has risen)

I don't know for a case, but for the 5 I bought it was $77 to the Netherlands (flat rate box was the cheapest).Name_not_found wrote:Treesuit wrote:NNF,

The other guy also cashed in pretty well, he had 3 IMP's (from 2001!), a Norwegian ration (Brand new! 1999!) and a LRP from the 70's. All went for $50+ a piece.
Re: Good Source of Candian IMP's
I can attest to the high shipping rates. I shipped one case of IMP's to a guy in Australia and that was over $100.00 USD while shipping a case to a guy in Germany was $75.00 but gather the US dollar to whatever country must be good. The frustrating part is the USPS shipping rates, while they may seem steep are actually the cheapest compared to DHL and UPS. Unfortunately, I still have not found a cheaper way to ship overseas.

Re: Good Source of Candian IMP's
Might this be the German guy you shipped to?
http://www.ebay.de/sch/*b.k.-one*77*/m. ... ksid=p3686
Cause he's making quite a profit either way ($65 + $75 = 140 / 10 = 14 to EUR = ~12. 45EUR - 12 = 33)...33EURO profit per ration.

Wow, 33euro is $43.91.
I should buy a plane ticket to "euro" with a credit card, pack up the two cases I got from Treesuit and take them with me. Once there, I will sell them for a nice profit and save on overseas shipping. Then payoff the credit card and enjoy "euro". I am a genius!
