I agree, these are implications for buyers. However its a bit more ominous for US based sellers who have a business model based on importing & selling such items. In my opinion, I think unfortunately that the more sellers we see selling/importing in bulk such items, the greater the risk of CBP clamping down on the community imports. I don't think having a business model based on buying/selling something that is technically "prohibited" is sustainable anyway.

Consider your rations as lost by customs from the beginning and be happy if yo get them nevertheless.
