EBay sent us an email that they are no longer going to list cases of America of mres. They said they are illegal to sell and have removed them. They also said, if someone continues to list them, they will get a warning and the next violation will be to discontinue your account. WTH?? We still have cases of MRES, FSR, and others.

The MRE subcategory on Ebay has been renamed Camping Meals as well, looks like they're going all in on this...

They did this back in 2002 and it looks like the pendulum has finally swung the other way. I say give it time and they'll be allowed back in.

They can try the "FRHs are bad" and "Commercial Resale is Prohibited" nonsense excuses but in the end, it comes down to "it's just food".

I list 2019 pack date cases on there for sale from time to time and my listing was removed 2 weeks ago due to being a "prohibited item".

They aren't illegal to sell. They are no longer listed on the site, however. It's a moot point.
Par for the course I guess, considering the &@$tshow dumpster fire that everything has become.
