Greetings everyone,
I recently got a case of 1982 first pattern MREs and have decided to start selling them off. Here are the menus that I have:
1-Pork Patties, Dehydrated
2-Ham and Chicken Loaf
3-SOLD
4-Beef Slices in Barbecue Sauce (Components only, No bag)
5-Beef Stew
6-Frankfurters
7-Turkey, Diced with Gravy
8-Beef, Diced with Gravy
9-Chicken Ala King
10-SOLD
11-Ham Slices
12-Beef, Ground with Spiced Sauce
I have no idea how they were stored, but I have sampled one and most of it was still edible (See my Chicken Loaf review). I have noticed a couple of the bags have a small split at the seal. The price is $25 each plus USPS shipping. Bags with a split will be $15 each plus USPS Shipping. The Menu No.4-Beef Slices is $10 plus USPS Shipping. I accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks only. I can take cash if you are local to the Jeffersonville, Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
PS: I also have the rare Menu No.9-Beefsteak that I'll sell. I had planned on keeping this one in my collection, but if someone wants to make a decent offer on it, I might let go of it.

Look at those shiny MRE bags...looks like very good condition!

I really am surprised at how good they look! The box looks like it's seen better days, but the bags look really nice. I might break down and try the Four Fingers of Death ration if no one gets it!
