This is a fat stain , made by an outside fat. The package is sealed and undamaged

Yes, the economy parcel (I know it takes ages - I mean about 2 months) for 3 kg is about that. The problem with USPS is that they don't offer the economy (sea and land) version, only airmail. The airmail is here almost twice more expensive
