Just found these on eBay. The seller is offering types 1 & 2. This link is to type 2. Opening bid is $20 with postage estimated at between $20 - $35 to the United States.

Looking at the descriptions of "type 1" and "type 2", they look like the two components might be combined to make a single ration.
