Right so it's the same seller. They are packed in 2010, best buy date is 2013, some components possibly could be good until 2015.

There are NO HDR's that are "in date". The newest around right now are all the same packing 2010, best buy 2013.

Please use the correct wording..2013 is not best by date..it is Ilthe inspection date. So all components should be good until 2015 at least.. (and usually much longer then that)(my 2010 HDR are still perfectly edible)
I had listed 2015 because MRE's have a normal 5 year life...the 2013 isnt best by date..its the inspection date..just used as a general check for all USA rations to make sure the cases are still in good shape and being stored in proper conditions(depending what part of world they are being used at the time). So its really a 2015 Best by Date...even though they last even.longer then that if stored in cool and dry place.

Use whatever wording you want they aren't "in date", which is what he asked for.

If you want to discuss wording, we use "in date" on MREs that are before the inspection date. So these aren't "in date" and the components have expired most likely, so that means yes indeed they are past their "inspection", "designed shelf life", "best by" or "expiration" or whatever you'd like to call it......they are past it.

Before you get all Defensive..understand what I said...I didnt say mine is in date...I mentioned to use CORRECT Ration terminology...You kept stating the Best by Date as 2013..thats the inspection date, not best by date which is 2015 (as I stated in my sales post). I was just trying to give accurate meanings to the terms...and YOU are the one who refferred him to me, I didnt come here and try and falsly advertise something...AND you have had one of my 2010 HDRs yourself not long ago and said they were still fine.
