I'm in Vermont. All kinds of unique cold weather-related items can be found at yard sales and thrift shops I. The nearby towns as the EAFR is an employer of many local residents. Nice people, too!

It's a very nice area, I was at Camp Ethan Allen on TDY for the sniper competition train up. I loved it there and the beer was great. I got my MCWs from the school at Drum, I used to work for Light Fighter School which has a Mountain Warfare School in it to train up for the one in Vermont.

How much per ration not counting shipping?

I haven't decided how much yet because I don't have PayPal at this time, I'll keep everyone post on this post when I do though.

Paypal is real easy to sort out once you have a bank account. Only takes a few minutes. This is coming from someone who hates setting up anything to do with banks or online stuff

Yes, very easy to set up, and once done is a great / safe way of being able to pay / receive funds from anywhere.
