I just got these. I only have 5. These do include the entrees. $50 each shipped. I think 2 will fit in a single medium flat rate box. Best by date is 04/2018. Please PM me.

Just a quick clarification to this. These are actually the Base Module (breakfast and snacks) and optionally have 2 main entrees included depending on seller ( as a lunch and dinner meal) to make it a 24hr ration. There is also an actual 24hr B+L ration
( which has 1 main entree added as dinner) ..Just wanted to clarify as I have received some inquiries about the 2 different kinds.. Hope this helps a bit.

Also , the ones you are selling you are including the 2 main entrees I assume? Are they just randomnly mixed?

Yes they do include the 2 main entrees, as you can see in the last photo the two cans on top of the Travellunch pouches.

Thank you for the clarification I wasn't aware of the "actual" 24 hr. Can you put up a link to it? I've only ever seen these shown as the 24 hr rations.

No problem. ..This way will save some questions possibly from people.. Don't get me wrong..yours is also a 24hr ration really with the 2 mains also...but there is another one as well....here is a pic of the paper from the other one.

The meals aren't dependent on the seller, the meal module is included in them.
