I don't have any in my possession. However, you can find them on eBay and it's european counterparts. Also, you can buy them from here: http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/shop/ ... neous.html They also sell the French RCIR and it's menus. They're a UK based company so shipping cost might be an issue.
