I've seen that seller a lot. He usually has RCW's and MCW's listed, too.

Same deal though; no choice of menu and no real "steals".

He's based near FT Bragg. I was stationed there for my first hitch and I can verify that the pawnshops and surplus stores in Fayetteville get a lot of exotic military goods.
